Welcome to Collectory (“Collectory”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform and services at collectory.app including mobile and desktop applications, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and agree not to share your login credentials.
2. Use of the Service
You may use Collectory to manage, organize, and showcase your collectible items. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Uploading or storing adult, obscene, or pornographic content
- Storing images unrelated to hobbyist collectibles
- Sharing or promoting hateful, violent, or harassing material
- Violating intellectual property rights of others
- Using bots or automated scraping tools
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or other user data
Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
4. User Content & License
You retain ownership of all collectibles and uploaded content. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and use your content to provide the Service. We do not sell or publicly disclose your data.
5. Intellectual Property
The Collectory platform (excluding user content) is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or misuse any part of our platform or brand without explicit consent.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or data accuracy.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your agreement to the changes.
